WINDER, GA-The Barrow County Commission has approved a development permit for a 292-acre mixed-use project in Barrow County, Georgia. The project will comprise 1,300 to 1,900 single family and multifamily housing units and approximately 4.5 million square feet of light industrial and commercial space.

A Calgary, Alberta-based company is planning to develop the mixed-use project called Barrow Landing at the northwest corner of 81 and 316 highways. The project will be constructed in phases. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
