CAMBRIDGE, MA-San Diego-based BioMed Realty Trust has signed a definitive agreement to purchase Prudential Real Estate Investors' 80% stake in two office/laboratory structures and two other properties in Cambridge's Rogers Street area for approximately $343 million. In April 2007, BioMed purchased a 20% stake in the properties along with PREI.

The properties include two adjacent office/laboratory facilities at 320 Bent Street and 301 Binney Street, as well as the Binney Street Garage and Kendall Crossing Apartments. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
