GE Capital Set to Sell Three Suburban Office Complexes

DEERFIELD, IL-GE Capital is planning to sell three suburban office buildings totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet. The General Electric Co. unit paid $302 million for the properties in 2007.

GE Capital has employed Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to find buyers for One Parkway North and Corporate 500 Centre in Deerfield and Pointe O'Hare in Rosemont.
