DALLAS-Cassidy Turley is relocating its Dallas office from 3500 Maple Avenue to Preston Center. The brokerage firm will expand its office space from 10,000 square feet to over 15,000 square feet at Sherry Lane Place located at 5956 Sherry Lane in Preston Center.

JPMorgan Chase is the owner of the Sherry Lane building. Cassidy Turley will occupy the 20th-floor space for seven years. Johnny Johnson of Cassidy Turley brokered the lease deal. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
