Park Avenue Lofts in Downtown Denver Trades for $49M
DENVER-Chicago-based AMLI Residential has seized a multifamily property in downtown Denver. The company has bought the Park Avenue Lofts, a 194-unit apartment complex at 755 E. 19th Ave., for $49.5 million.
The property was sold by Houston-based Martin Fein Interests Ltd., trading as Park Avenue Lofts LLC. It was 97% occupied at the time of closing. Terrence Hunt, Jeff Hawks and Doug Andrews of Apartment Realty Advisors handled the sale. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
