ENGLEWOOD, CO-Transwestern Investment Management has acquired an office building measuring 160,851 square feet at 198 Inverness Drive situated northeast of Interstate 25 and County Line Road in Arapahoe County from Los Angeles-based Lowe Enterprises. The company has purchased the class A building for an unnamed pension fund client with State Farm Life Insurance Co.

The eight-story office building was sold for $37.4 million. Mary Sullivan and John Jugl with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
