Viking Partners Fund I Buys Scenic Square Shopping Center

SNELLVILLE, GA-Viking Partners Fund I LLC, a Blue Ash-based private equity real estate firm, has bought Scenic Square Shopping Center, a shopping center containing more than 70,000 square feet of space in Snellville, a suburb of Atlanta. Occupiers in the development include Michael's, Kohl's, Publix and Target.
Viking Partners acquired the non-performing note on the property. The company is planning to reduce overall operating costs and increase the occupancy in the center.
