Mercantile Partners to Break Ground on Speculative Development

FORT WORTH-Mercantile Partners LP is planning to start construction on a two-building office and warehouse project this month in north Fort Worth. The 188,000-square-foot speculative development will come up at Mercantile Center.
The occupancy rate at the 1,300-acre park, situated off Meacham Boulevard, has reached 95%. Mercantile Partners is searching tenants for the office and warehouse property.
