Marcus & Millichap Sells Phoenix Area Apartment Communities

PHOENIX-Marcus & Millichap in Phoenix has closed the sale of two multifamily properties in the Phoenix area. Mountainside Apartments LLC has bought the 288-unit Mountainside community at 3625 E. Ray Road in Ahwatukee for $32 million and Chandler Meadow Partners LLC has bought the 200-unit Chandler Meadows community at 3175 N. Price Road in Chandler for $12.6 million.

Phoenix Commercial Investments LLC sold the Mountainside community for $111,111 per unit and PMCF Properties LLC sold the Chandler Meadows community for $63,000 per unit. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
