TAMPA, FL-HighPoint Holdings LLC, a real estate investment firm based in Birmingham, has recently paid more than $64.4 million for two multifamily complexes in Florida. The firm and its partner, Georgia-based JMG Realty, acquired Circle at Crosstown, a 300-unit complex in Tampa, for $35.2 million and Bartram Park, a 336-unit property in Jacksonville, for $29.2 million.
The two apartment complexes, constructed in 2009, were sold by Crescent Resources. They are more than 90% occupied. For the full story, go to Birmingham Business Journal .
