Georgetown Hotel Project Finally Moves Forward

WASHINGTON, DC-DCmud reported that the long-simmering Georgetown hotel project has obtained financing and is finally proceeding ahead. The Capella Georgetown hotel will come up at 1050 31st St. NW.
The ultra luxury hotel will be constructed at the old American Trial Lawyers Association property. The total cost of the project is approximated in the $45 million range. The project retained Point Ford Management Ltd. to make the financing for the development begun by Castleton Holdings Inc., Capella Hotels & Resorts and ICG Properties.
