John Buck Buys 740 15th St. N.W. from American Bar Association

WASHINGTON, DC-The John Buck Company, a real estate investment manager, has purchased the headquarters building of the American Bar Association. Financial details of the deal were not revealed.
The ABA bought 740 15th St. N.W., a 175,000-square-foot historic building in downtown Washington, in 1994. The association has leased back its headquarters space up to August 31, 2013 from John Buck.
