Warner Atrium Office Building Changes Hands for $19M

WOODLAND HILLS, CA-Kennedy Wilson, a Beverly Hills-based real property investment and services firm, and its equity partners have acquired Warner Atrium, an office building measuring 126,000 square feet at 6400 Canoga Ave. in Woodland Hills, for approximately $19 million. The building was sold by Los Angeles-based Jamison Services Inc.
The Warner Atrium, constructed in the early 1980s, is nearly 70% leased to Lenske, Lenske & Abramson, MedPoint Management Inc. and EEG Institute. For the full story, go to San Fernando Valley Business Journal .
