Express Cabinets Snags 200,000-SF Industrial Site

YONKERS, NY-In the largest industrial sale in Westchester County year-to-date, the manufacturer will relocate its operations from Newark to Yonkers. CBRE’s Budd Wiesenberg tells GlobeSt.com that the deal is a sign that lower New York’s industrial market is slowly coming back.
