Canadian Firm Buys Grandview Terrace in Phoenix

PHOENIX-A Canadian firm has purchased a small multifamily property in Phoenix. Vancouver, British Columbia-based Woodridge Manor Holding Inc. has bought Grandview Terrace, an apartment complex consisting of 36 units at 2424 E. Grandview Road in Phoenix, for $800,000.
The selling price equates to almost $22,200 per unit. Jeff Seaman and Brian Smuckler from CBRE's Phoenix office represented Woodridge Manor Holding and The Svetozar Minic and Stanan Minic Revocable Trust of Scottsdale, the seller, in the deal. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
