Developers to Break Ground on SkyHouse Midtown

ATLANTA-Batson-Cook Development Co., a Kajima USA subsidiary, and Novare Group, a developer based in Atlanta, are planning to start construction on SkyHouse Midtown, a 320-unit apartment building at West Peachtree Street and 12th Street. The $60-million, 23-story development is the first partnership between Batson-Cook Development and Novare Group.
The building architect is Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart. Construction will start without delay and is slated to be finished in December 2012. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
