AURORA, CO-CBRE Realty Trust, trading as RT Aurora Commerce C LLC, has paid $24.5 million for the Aurora Commerce Center located at 22100 E. 26th Ave. in Aurora. Carmel, Indiana-based Lauth Property Group, trading as Denver Building C LLC, was the seller of the 406,959-square-foot industrial building.

The building, developed in 2007, was 100% leased to AtLast Fulfillment and Subaru of America at closing. The deal was brokered by Jones Lange LaSalle's John Jugl and Mary Sullivan. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
