WASHINGTON, DC-The Rockefeller Group has acquired 1100 First St. NE in Washington, DC's NoMa district from a Tishman Speyer affiliate. The company has purchased the property in a joint venture partnership with Mitsubishi Estate New York.
The 12-story office building, completed in 2009, is 95% occupied by tenants including Mathematica Policy Research, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
