DALLAS-Duke Realty Corporation has purchased two industrial facilities comprising 1.3 million square feet of space and three land parcels totaling approximately 98 acres in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The two industrial properties include the 603,354-square-foot Pioneer 161 building in Grand Prairie and the 748,831-square-foot Lakeside Ranch Building 20 property in Flower Mound.
