Investors Acquire Plaza of the Americas in Downtown Dallas

DALLAS-M-M Properties and Invesco Real Estate of Dallas have purchased The Plaza of the Americas, an office and retail complex in downtown Dallas. According to the Dallas Morning News report, the approximated price tag of the property is close to $100 million.
The 1.2 million-square-foot property, constructed in 1980, comprises a 13-story retail atrium, a Marriott Hotel, two 25-story office towers and a 12-story parking structure. The hotel was not part of the deal. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
