Private Investor Buys Armenia Village Condominiums

TAMPA, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the closing of two deals in Tampa. A Florida-based limited liability company has sold Armenia Village Condominiums, an apartment property consisting of 70 units at 8801 Crestview Drive in Tampa's Carrollwood area, to a Louisiana-based private investor for $2.05 million.
In another deal, the 5,713-square-foot Westbury House Assisted Living facility at 7114 N. Congress St. in New Port Richey was sold for $300,000. The property contains 14 resident rooms. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
