PHILADELPHIA-Five Below is moving its corporate headquarters from 1616 Walnut to 1818 Market St. in Philadelphia. The company has leased 35,500 square feet of space at the 36-story office building.
Five Below has an option to expand its space to 60,000 square feet at the 981,743-square-foot building. The company will relocate into its new headquarters space in January. PernaFrederick Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant and Newmark Knight Frank Smith Mack represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
