Apartment Complex in Winter Springs Sells for $16M

WINTER SPRINGS, FL-ECI Group Inc.'s affiliate Seminole-Winter Springs Associates LLC based in Marietta, Georgia, has purchased a 208-unit apartment complex located on Red Bug Lake Road in Winter Springs for a price of $15.9 million or $76,202 per apartment. Sendera Investment Group LLC's affiliate Chatham Pines Apartments LLC based in Austin, Texas, was the seller of the property whose name has been changed to The Columns at Winter Springs subsequent to the acquisition.
