NEW YORK CITY-Famous Dave's BBQ, a new restaurant, has opened its second location at 234 W. 42nd St. in Times Square. The restaurant has leased the 25,000-square-foot former Liberty Box Theater.

The property is part of the 42nd St. Entertainment Center retail project of Forest City. Famous Dave's can receive up to 1,500 people for festive occasions. Jeffrey Roseman and Marc Leber from Newmark Knight Frank negotiated the lease deal on behalf of Forest City. For the full story, go to New York Post .
