JACKSONVILLE, FL-Strategic Storage Trust Inc. has recently acquired two self-storage properties in Jacksonville. The two properties, located at 790 Monument Road and 5550 Timuquana Road, total 154,000 square feet and contain nearly 1,220 units.

Strategic Storage Trust has also purchased 10 self-storage properties in Georgia. The company paid approximately $80 million for all 12 facilities, which will be renamed under the SmartShop Self Storage brand name. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
