TAMPA, FL-A U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing revealed that CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust has paid approximately $21.3 million for Sabal Pavilion, a 120,500-square-foot office building at 3620 Queen Palm Drive in Tampa's Sable Park development. The four-story building is fully occupied by Ford Motor Credit Co.
Sabal Pavilion is used as a local call center. Ford extended its lease in July with landlord KBS Real Estate Investment Trust I. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
