Neena's Lighting Owner Buys Two Properties in Boston
BOSTON-Raj Dhanda, owner of Neena's Lighting, has bought two Back Bay properties for over $12 million. Dhanda paid $7.7 million for the property located at 131 Newbury Street and $4.5 million for the property situated at 569 Boylston Street. Westport, Connecticut-based Abbey Road Advisors' division, Abbey Road Back Bay LLC was the seller of the properties. Abbey Road Advisors bought the properties for $11 million in 2008.
