HILLIARD, OH-A real estate investor based in California has bought the Garden Ridge building in Hilliard. ACV Berkeley LLC, a subsidiary of A&C Ventures Inc. of Sonoma, has acquired the retail building measuring 128,875 square feet at 3599 Park Mill Run Drive for $5.5 million from Cadlerock's Hilliard Property LLC of Newton Falls.

Cadlerock's bought the building in 2005 at a sheriff's auction for $6.4 million. Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services brokers put the building on the market in August. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
