NASHVILLE-As reported by Davidson County property records, a downtown parcel has changed hands for $1.4 million. KVB Music City LLC has bought the 0.68-acre parcel at 424 Sixth Ave. S from the Virginia H. Dale Family Trust.

The SoBro site, situated at the northeast corner of Peabody Street and Sixth Avenue South, contains a warehouse that measures 22,000 square feet. It is situated a half-block south of the Music City Center. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
