CASSELBERRY, FL-GoldOller Real Estate has purchased Reflections Apartments, a 336-unit apartment complex in Casselberry, and Ocean Oaks Apartments, a 296-unit complex in Port Orange, for $37.9 million. The company has plans to upgrade fitness centers, redesign clubhouses and add a business center.

Denver-based Apartment Investment & Management Co. has sold the two multifamily properties for $59,968 per unit. Cushman & Wakefield brokers Jay Ballard, Lindsey Pfaender and Ken Delvillar negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
