BOSTON-Invesco Real Estate's institutional client has paid $75 million for 179 Lincoln St. in Boston. The five-story Class A office building, constructed in 1899 and renovated in 2008, was sold by Millennium Partners.

The office building, which measures 220,311 square feet, is more than 90% occupied. The CBRE Capital Markets team, which includes Chris Angelone, Josh Klimkiewicz, Matt Pullen and William Moylan, represented Millennium Partners in the sale. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
