PARIS-Corio has sold a retail complex measuring 102,257 square feet in the heart of Metz, in the northeast of France for about EUR 30 million. The retail property, situated in Metz's Rue Serpenoise, was purchased by Grosvenor.

The retail complex is leased to department store Printemps and Zara. Savills, an international real estate advisor, and Cushman & Wakefield advised Corio, while Alexandre, Dechin & Devriendt advised Grosvenor in sale. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
