DUBLIN, CA-Ross Stores Inc. has seized Emerald Point, a three-building office complex in Dublin. The off-price retailer has purchased the 414,000-square-foot complex, located at 5120, 5130 and 5140 Hacienda Dr., for an undisclosed amount.
Cisco owned the 5120 and 5140 Hacienda buildings and Atlanta-based Wells Real Estate Fund owned the 194,000-square-foot 5130 Hacienda building. Ross, which leases nearly 200,000 square feet of space California Center at 4440 Rosewood Dr., will move to Emerald Point when its lease expires in 2014.
