TAMPA, FL-Humana Medical Plan Inc. has leased 52,433 square feet of office space at MetWest International in the Westshore submarket of Tampa. The health insurance company will occupy approximately two full floors at the mixed-use development owned by MetLife.

Humana is expecting to move from Lincoln Center at 5401 W. Kennedy Blvd. St. to MetWest One in Q2 2012. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by UGL Equis, and the landlord was represented by Taylor & Mathis. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
