CARDIFF, UK-Orchard Street Investment Management has purchased the remaining 50% freehold stake in St Catherine's Walk, a 268,000-square-foot retail centre in Carmarthen, and a B&Q retail warehouse measuring 133,000 square feet in Stevenage, for a combined GBP 40.7 million. The company has acquired the properties from SWIP for St James's Place Wealth Management.

Orchard Street purchased the 50% interest in St Catherine's Walk for GBP 26.5 million and the two-story retail warehouse, which is leased to B&Q, for GBP 14.2 million. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
