DAYTON, OH-Barrington & Spring House LLC, a Miami, Florida-based private investor, has acquired Barrington and Spring House, an apartment community consisting of 670 units at 301 Forest Park Drive and 4400 Riverside Drive in northern Dayton, for $2.8 million. The complex comprises a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units and townhome units.

The multifamily property was roughly 26% occupied at closing. CBRE's Indianapolis-Cincinnati Multi-Housing Group represented Foresite Realty Partners LLC, the receiver of the property, in the deal. For the full story, go to Dayton Business Journal .
