REYNOLDSBURG, OH-An investment group based in New York has purchased a Reynoldsburg apartment complex in Central Ohio. TEG Brentwood LLC, a subsidiary of Airmont-based Embassy Group LLC, has acquired Brentwood Lakes Apartments, a 464-unit complex, for $18 million.

Brighton, Michigan-based ANYI Apartments LLC paid $21 million for the multifamily property in August 2002. Brentwood Lakes Apartments attracted five proposals. Michigan-based Hendricks & Partners' Eric Taylor, Kevin Dillon and Mark Rohr brokered the deal. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
