MIAMI-Conshohocken-based Seagis Property Group has purchased a warehouse property in the Miami region. The company has bought the 80,000-square-foot property for an undisclosed price.
The seller of the property was not identified. Seagis said that the industrial facility is situated in the Medley submarket and it contains two drive-ins and eight tailgate dock doors.
