URBANA, OH-Tractor Supply Co. will occupy space in an old Walmart store situated on Route 36 in Urbana. The suburban Nashville-based retailer has signed a lease for 10 years with Silagi Development and Management Co. for 24,234 square feet of space in the 70,000-square-foot building.

Tractor Supply will open the Urbana store in mid-March. Louisville, Kentucky-based Buffalo Construction Inc. is getting the space ready for the retailer. NAI Ohio Equities LLC brokers Matt Gregory and Andy Dutcher handled the deal. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
