RedPeak Properties sells Heritage
Creek for $54 million.

DENVER-Two apartment complexes in metro Denver have changed hands last month for $86.5 million. In the first deal, Los Angeles-based CBRE Global Investors acquired Heritage Creek, a 324-unit apartment complex at 650 S. Dahlia Circle in Glendale, from RedPeak Properties of Denver for $54.3 million.
In the second deal, Salt Lake City-based Bridge Investment Group purchased The Promenade at Towne Center, a 511-unit complex at 220 S. Sable Blvd. in Aurora, for $32.2 million from Irvine, California-based Bascom Group LLC. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
