TAMPA, FL-OSI Restaurant Partners has extended its lease for 120,000 square feet at Corporate Center One located at 2202 N. Westshore Blvd. in Tampa. The company has also leased an additional 60,000-square-foot space in the 390,582-square-foot building owned by Corporate Center One Owner LLC. CLW Real Estate Services Group brokered the deal for the tenant. Meanwhile, Grubb & Ellis negotiated a 29,000-square-foot lease for PB Americas in the building.
