MIAMI BEACH-Como Traymore has purchased the closed Traymore Hotel located at 2445 Collins Avenue on South Beach for $17.5 million from SteelRock Capital's affiliate, SR South Beach One. The seller took control over the 13-floor hotel subsequent to foreclosing on former owner CSC Traymore LLC's mortgage worth $12.2 million in late 2011. CSC Traymore, an affiliate of Ceebraid-Signal Corp., originally secured the loan from Marshall Investments Corp.

SR South Beach One then purchased the mortgage from Marshall Investments. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
