ORLANDO-Earlier this month, a joint venture between The Urban Development Group LLC and The Related Group started a renovation project on the old Seville Place Apartments in Pine Hills. The two Miami firms are planning to bring down the number of units from 444 to 264 at the complex.
The $22-million project will include a new community center that measures 220,000 square feet. The joint venture has renamed the complex as Emerald Villas. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
