PORTLAND, OR-The Burnside Rocket, a 16,233-square-foot office and retail building situated in the Lower Burnside neighborhood of Portland, has changed hands for $2.8 million. The mixed-use building, located at 1111 E. Burnside St., was purchased by San Marino Business Partners LLC of Los Angeles.

The property, developed by Kevin Cavenaugh in 2007, is 100% leased. The Burnside Rocket has qualified for LEED Platinum certification. NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson's Robert Black handled the sale. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
