SEATTLE-David Meissner, a local developer, has received land use approval for a proposed multifamily project in the Junction neighborhood in West Seattle. The $13-million project will include 120 apartment units and 118 car parking spaces.

The new apartment complex will come up on the 0.55-acre parcel that presently contains four single-family homes. Construction on the six-story, H-shaped complex is expected start by early June. Seattle-based Nicholson Kovalchick Architects is the designer of the apartment project. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
