New Dundee Malmaison to Replace Former Tay Hotel
GLASGOW, UK-Malmaison, the MWB-owned hotel company, is opening its first new hotel after completing a refinancing agreement in 2010. The company has signed a 35-year FRI lease to take the vacant Tay Hotel in Dundee for a new 91-bedroom hotel.
The new Dundee Malmaison will replace the former Tay Hotel. M.E.C. Services (International) Ltd. will redevelop the site. The redevelopment will begin in spring 2012 and it is expected to be completed in May 2013. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
