DENVER-Phoenix-based Alliance Residential Co. is planning to start construction on a new multifamily development in Denver on February 2. The development will contain one four-story building and one five-story building at 350 S. Jackson St.

The two-building complex, located southwest of Colorado Boulevard and Alameda Avenue in Cherry Creek, sits on 1.62 acres of land. The new complex, named the Broadstone Gardens at Cherry Creek, will contain 161 apartments. Alliance purchased the site from Mickey Zeppelin of Zeppelin Development Inc.
