HONOLULU-The Beall Corp., a commercial real estate firm based in Honolulu, has bought the former Victoria Inn restaurant building in Kaimuki along with an equity investor partner for an undisclosed amount. The three-story building, located at 1132 12th Ave., measures 15,000 square feet.

Beall will maintain a new restaurant on the ground floor, yoga studio on the second floor and offices on the third floor. The company is planning to move its offices to Kaimuki building. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
