EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ-PNC Bank will retain its regional headquarters office in East Brunswick, New Jersey. The bank has signed a lease renewal deal for 131,400 square feet of space at Two Tower Center Blvd.

The bank will move from the 19th-floor space to the 9th-floor space in the 24-story, 400,000-square-foot building. CBRE Group represented Sentinel Real Estate Corp., the landlord, in the long-term deal. The firm also represented the owner in SorinRoyerCooper's 19,500-square-foot lease renewal and expansion deal.
