HOUSTON-Principal Real Estate Investors and Trammell Crow Co. have secured Noble Energy Inc. as a new tenant to occupy the old Hewlett-Packard headquarters building in Houston. Noble Energy has agreed to take the 497,000-square-foot office building at 20555 State Highway 249 with plans to consolidate its offices there.

Noble will move to the 20555 State Highway building in summer 2013. Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Noble and CBRE Group Inc. represented the joint venture in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
